Ordained Ministry
This ministry consists of deacons, priests, and bishops. There are many organizations to help clergy in their ministries.  For more information, see the Office of Ministry Development (OMD). 
Alban Institute
An independent not-for-profit institution that offers seminars for congregational leaders both clergy and laity on topics such as congregational transformation, planning, and leadership.
Center for Ministry in Small Churches (CMSC)
This ministry offers clergy and laity a comprehensive and practical cooperative experience in small church ministry and management, which will encourage and support them in their work and mission, and equip these saints of the Lord to grow in love and unity with God and one another in Christian community.
Church Development Institute
A network of trainer/consultants committed to strengthening the skills of clergy and lay leaders for developing healthy and faithful congregations. CDI Trainers conduct training programs, in partnership with dioceses, that focus on congregational development. 
Church Pension Group
The mission of the Church Pension Group is to serve individual clergy, lay workers, and their dependents, and parishes, dioceses and other Episcopal Church institutions, through the provision of pensions and other benefits and services that will contribute to their lifetime economic, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
College for Bishops
The work of the College for Bishops seeks to realize its mission to celebrate and strengthen bishops in their personal life, their vocation in God, and to share in God’s mission and grace by providing formational opportunities and educational resources so that leadership and collegial relationships are faithfully expressed in the life of the diocese and its congregations.
CREDO – Clergy Reflection, Education, Discernment Opportunity
This ministry of the Church Pension Fund provides clergy within the Episcopal Church the opportunity to reflect on all aspects of their lives – spiritual, vocational, health, and financial – and to discern the direction of their future ministry.
Families of Clergy United in Support (FOCUS)
FOCUS is comprised of individuals concerned with the health and well being of families of clergy. We seek to speak out so that the needs and concerns of those who provide the first level of support for clergy are not forgotten.
Fresh Start
A diocesan-led program for clergy who are starting a new ministry.  This program seeks to strengthen the relationships among clergy, their congregations, and their dioceses during the critical period of transition.
Interim Ministry Network
A professional association of those serving congregations in the transition from one pastor to the next. Web information includes network programs and services and includes dates and descriptions of educational events.
National Association of Episcopal Interim Ministry Specialists
Provides a variety of services for Clergy and Parishes engaged in the interim process. Parishes seeking interims can list their vacancy with NAEIMS. Interims can sign up to become members, update their membership, and request email notification of positions as they become available.
National Network of Episcopal Clergy Associations (NNECA)
Founded in 1970 by a group of clergy from all over the United States who wanted to take responsibility for their ministries and to support one another as colleagues. NNECA seeks, to serve, and to proclaim Christ by leading clergy in the Episcopal Church into collegial relationships for education, self-care, advocacy, and spiritual growth.
North American Association of the Diaconate (NAAD)
An organization in the Episcopal Church and the Anglican Church of Canada that promotes renewal of the diaconate, supports deacons and dioceses with deacons, and engages in theological dialogue about diakonia.
Recovered Alcoholic Clergy Association (RACA)
A working fellowship of the clergy of the Episcopal Church. Any bishop, priest, deacon, member of a religious order, or seminarian who has a desire to stop using mood altering chemicals is eligible for membership.
Rural Workers Fellowship
This ministry seeks to foster community among small congregations in the Episcopal Church and Anglican Church of Canada and to be advocates for their communities and concerns with the Church and public policy. The approach is ecumenical and other denominations are welcome to participate.
Society for the Increase of the Ministry (SIM)
For 141 years, the Society for the Increase of the Ministry (SIM) has affirmed its passion for the ordained ministry by providing direct support to needy and worthy postulants and candidates preparing for the ordained ministry of the Episcopal Church.
General Board of Examining Chaplains
The General Board of Examining Chaplains is charged with preparing “at least annually a General Ordination Examination covering the subject matter set forth in Canon III.8.4(e), and shall conduct, administer, and evaluate it in respect to those Candidates for Holy Orders who have been identified to the Board by their several Bishops” (Canon III.25.1–4).
