Young Adult
Anyone age 18-30 is considered a young adult in the Episcopal Church.  Young adult’s diversity of life situations often makes this a complex ministry.  Below are some organizations that help people minister who minister to and with young adults in the church.  Much young adult ministry is organized and led by young adults themselves.
Gathering the NeXt Generation Network
A network designed, sustained, and managed by lay and ordained Episcopalians of Generation X (born 1961-1981). The purpose is to connect people and resources to further the mission of Christ.
Hear God’s Call
This website is designed to begin to answer the spiritual and practical questions you might have and to introduce you to young church leaders, both lay and ordained, men and women.
This online Christian community is a place where young adults (college to 30s) can identify and explore their relationships with God and with others. MethodX is sponsored by an interdenominational and global Christian ministry called Upper Room Ministries.
Pastoral Leadership Search Effort (PLSE)

(FTE) and each of four Protestant denominations- the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), the Episcopal Church, the United Church of Christ and the United Methodist Church- offers young people ideas, support, and connections for exploring whether God is calling them to become pastors/priests.
