The Diocese of Indianapolis has committed $500,000 to the Diocese of Haiti “for assistance in rebuilding its cathedral, parishes, churches, schools, and other diocesan facilities and the feeding and housing the needy of its nation.
With resurrection in the air, the Diocese of Olympia launched Rebuild Our Church in Haiti to run through The Great Fifty Days. Even before Pentecost Sunday, the number of gifts arriving at ECF had broken all previous records for the campaign. I honor the church-wide effort to rebuild Holy Trinity Cathedral in Port-au-Prince; it deserves our wholehearted and generous support.
