For months, St. Paul’s Church in Benicia, CA has been raising money for the Rebuild Our Church in Haiti campaign. David Bundesen, parishioner and regional campaign coordinator for the Diocese of Northern California, expanded our “Bricks for Haiti” fundraiser so that people could buy bricks by the piece, by the bucket, and even by the palette.
Inspired by the fundraising efforts, 7-year old Rosalie was determined to help. With the help of her mom she decided to bake cookies. On Sunday morning, after she made her own announcement in church, she sold her cookies and contributed $57 to the goal for Haiti.
